Christian Bahr-Schäfers, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Christian Bahr-Schäfers founded the company in 2013 to consolidate various activities. For 30 years now, he has been working as an independent entrepreneur in a wide variety of industries. Among other things, the basis for this career was the training and cooperation in a major Swiss bank and the establishment of a trust company which specialised in the provision of services for onshore and offshore companies and advised an international clientele in the areas of tax planning and asset structuring.

Parallel to his own business activities, he worked for many years as a consultant for various domestic and foreign financial and real estate companies. He has also been active in the online business since 1998 and therefore has over 20 years of experience in the areas of e-commerce and online payment. In addition, he is supported in many specialist areas by a team of so-called professionals in the auditing, selection and support of investments, in controlling, the back office and in tax and corporate law.

In an environment in which markets change rapidly, new technologies develop rapidly and entire economies or companies change dramatically, different opinions on complex issues are required.

For the above-mentioned reasons, a technically sound know-how is only one aspect in the instruments of our consultants.
